The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case
on January 30, 1989, and again on May 12, 1989. At both times the parties appeared and presented evidence and
argument on the complaint. Thereafter,
after receiving copies of certain records which the respondents located while
the matter was pending, the complainant withdrew his complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby
recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned
complaint:
1. The
complaint is hereby dismissed.
