The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing
August 28, 1989, at which time the parties appeared and presented testimony,
exhibits and argument on the complaint.
After consideration of the entire record, the following
conclusions of fact are found and conclusions of law are reached:
1. The
respondent is a public agency within the meaning of §1-18(a), G.S.
2. By letter
of complaint dated April 10, 1989, the complainant alleged he had been denied
copies of communications and documents pertaining to his property at 260
Prospect Street in East Hartford.
3. It is
found that on March 16, 1989, the complainant requested copies of all
communications, documents or any other materials, including oral communications
that may have been reduced to writing, concerning his property.
4. The
respondent claimed that all the requested records had been provided to the
complainant.
5. It is
found that all the requested records have been provided to the complainant.
The following order by the Commission is hereby
recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned
complaint.
1. The
complaint is hereby dismissed.
