The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case
on September 18, 1989, at which time the complainants and the respondent
appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and
argument on the complaint. By letter
dated September 20, 1989 the complainants informed the Commission of their
intent to not pursue their complaint.
The following order of the Commission is hereby
recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint
is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
