The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on July 2, 1990, at which time the parties appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. The hospital of Saint Rephael was granted party status, and the case was continued to July 18, 1990. However, prior to July 18, 1990, the complainants withdrew their complaint.
The following order of the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
