The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on December 4, 1990, at which time the complainants and respondent appeared and stipulated to certain facts regarding the complaint.
Subsequent to the hearing on this matter the complainants notified the Commission that they wished to withdraw their complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended
on the basis of the complainants' request to withdraw their complaint concerning the above-captioned case:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
