The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on March 26, 1993, at which time the respondent appeared, but the complainant failed to appear to prosecute his complaint. Docket #FIC 92-359, William J. Prensky v. Assistant Principal, William H. Hall High School was consolidated for hearing with the above-captioned matter.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
2. This Commission deplores the waste of state and local resources precipitated by the complainant's failure to notify the Commission of his intention not to proceed with the administrative hearings on his complaints. The Commission reprimands the complainant for his inexcusable conduct in this regard.
