            The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on December 23, 1993, at which time the complainant and respondent appeared and pursuant to 4-177(c), G.S., they entered into a stipulation.  The respondent has already provided the complainant with some of the records at issue in this case, and has agreed to comply with the balance of the complainant's records request by January 21, 1994.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.         The complaint is dismissed.
