The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on January 16, 1997, at which time the complainant and the respondent, Chief of Police, South Windsor Police Department appeared.
The complainant withdrew his complaint against the respondent Chief of Police, South Windsor Police Department, at the hearing. By correspondence to the Commission dated January 6, 1997, the complainant had previously withdrawn his complaint against Chief of Police, West Hartford Police Department.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
