The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 5, 1997, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and indicated that they had reached an agreement to work in good faith to settle their dispute. On May 16, 1997, the complainant informed the Commission of his withdrawal of the complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
