The agreement between the parties in the above captioned matters, dated August 5, 1997 ("agreement"), is hereby accepted and approved, as recommended by the ombudsman in his transmittal report of August 7, 1997. The above captioned matter is deemed administratively withdrawn.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The hearing officer designated to hear the renewed appeal described in the agreement will hold a hearing on each such appeal within "approximately 30 days after receiving a written request for a hearing."
