The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 9, 1999 at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and reached an agreement in resolution of the complaint. Based on the agreement, the complainant informed the Commission that he was withdrawing the complaint.
The following order by the Commission is
hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
2. The Commission commends the complainant and the respondents for their participation in resolving this complaint.
