The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested
case on January 19, 1999, at which time the complainants and the respondents
appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and
argument on the complaint. After the
hearing on this matter, the parties reached a satisfactory agreement which
settled the issues in this case. By
letter dated July 27, 1999 and filed with this Commission on July 29, 1999, the
complainants indicated that they no longer wished to pursue the complaint.
The following order by the
Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the
above-captioned complaint.

The complaint is hereby dismissed.
