Respondents |
December 8, 1999 |
|
The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on October 19, 1999, at which time the respondents appeared, however the complainants failed to appear to prosecute the complaint.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
2. The Commission notes that the complainants’ failure to appear at the scheduled hearing, and failure to notify the Commission that they would not attend, has caused the state’s valuable and scarce resources to be wasted in the preparation of the hearing.
Approved by Order of the Freedom of Information Commission at its regular meeting of
December 8, 1999.
