The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 10, 2000, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, and arrived at an agreement in resolution of the complaint. On the basis of the agreement reached by the parties, the complainant withdrew the complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of
the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The Commission commends both parties for having resolved the complaint without the need for a hearing.
2. The complaint is dismissed.
