The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard
as a contested case on June 6, 2000, at which time the complainant and the
respondents appeared.
After some discussion, the parties resolved the
complaint by entering into an agreement wherein the respondents shall provide
the complainant with access to inspect any and all records maintained by the
respondents on Wednesday, June 7, 2000 between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and
10:15 a.m. and at any other reasonable time thereafter, by appointment,
without undue delay, following which the complainant withdrew her complainant.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
2. The Commission commends all parties for their efforts in resolving this matter.
