The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on October 13, 2000, at which time the complainants and the respondent appeared and requested that the hearing officer continue this matter to allow the parties to attempt settlement of the complaint. Such request was granted and, on November 9, 2000, the parties appeared at the continued hearing, at which time they informed the Commission that they had reached the terms of an agreement in settlement of this matter. Accordingly, the complainants withdrew their complaint.
The following order by the
Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the
above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed.
2. The Commission commends
the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
