The above-captioned matter was scheduled to heard as a contested on September 22, 2000, at which time the respondent did not appear; however, the complainants appeared and informed the Commission that the parties had reached the terms of an agreement in resolution of this contested case, as set forth in the attached “Settlement Agreement”, which is executed by all parties. In light of such agreement, the complainants withdrew their complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of
the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The Commission commends all parties for resolving the complaint in a non-litigated manner.
2. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
