The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 20, 2000, however, only the complainant appeared at that time, and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. On November 28, 2000 the respondents requested that the matter be re-opened, which request was granted by the Hearing Officer. The matter was then rescheduled to be heard on January 22, 2001. However, on January 19, 2001, the complainant withdrew the complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is dismissed.
