	against		Docket # FIC 2001-063
Town Administrator, Town of Weston,
		Respondent	May 9, 2001

The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 8, 2001, at which time the complainant appeared, but the respondent did not appear.  At such time, the hearing officer continued the hearing to April 2, 2001.  By letter dated and filed on March 29, 2001, the complainant informed the Commission that he and the respondent had reached the terms of an agreement in settlement of this matter.  Accordingly, the complainant withdrew his complaint, and the April 2, 2001 hearing was cancelled.  

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.

 

            2.  The Commission commends the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
