The
above-captioned matter was consolidated with docket #FIC 2001-100, NEWTEL
v. Department of Planning and Zoning, City of West Haven,
for purposes of hearing, and scheduled
to be heard as a contested case on April 18, 2001, at which time the
complainant and the respondent appeared, and informed the Commission that they
reached an agreement in resolution of the complaint.
The complainant further informed the Commission that it wished to
withdraw the complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed.
