and the complainant did not. However,
it was brought to the attention of the Hearing Officer at the hearing on this
matter that the complainant withdrew his complaint on or about April 20, 2001.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
