The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case in a continued
hearing on June 19, 2001, at which time the respondents appeared but the
complainant failed to appear.
At the hearing, the respondents agreed to furnish all requested records
in their custody to the complainant at no charge, and a complete copy of the
transmittal of such records (constituting seventy-one pages) has been
furnished to the Commission for its files.
Accordingly,
the following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of
the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed for failure to prosecute.
