The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on September 14, 2001, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared. During an informal conference, the respondents informed the Commission that they provided the complainant with the records he had requested, and the complainant acknowledged receipt of such records. After the Hearing Officer explained to the complainant the extent of this Commission’s jurisdiction and that this Commission has no authority to address the merits of claims filed with the Office of the Claims Commissioner, the complainant withdrew his complaint.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
