The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on July 26, 2001, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  For purposes of hearing, this case was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2001-257; Donna D. Convicer v. Commissioner, State of Connecticut, Department of Banking; and State of Connecticut, Department of Banking.  However, by letter dated and filed with the Commission on March 14, 2002, the complainant informed the Commission that she no longer wished to pursue her complaint.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint: 

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
