The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 16, 2002, at which time neither the complainant nor the respondents appeared.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
2. The Commission admonishes the parties for failing to notify the Commission that they did not intend to appear.
