The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on October 8, 2002, at which time the respondents appeared but the complainant failed to appear. The above captioned matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2002-245, Gary S. Levine v. Claims Commissioner, State of Connecticut, the Office of the Claims Commissioner; and State of Connecticut, the Office of the Claims Commissioner.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute.
