The above-captioned matter was first heard as a
contested case on July 16, 2002, at which time the complainants appeared and
presented exhibits and argument on the complaint. The respondents did not appear at the July 16, 2002 hearing.
The respondents appeared at the October 9, 2002, meeting of the
Commission. At such time, the
Commission voted to reopen the hearing in this matter.
A hearing was then scheduled for November 20, 2002.
On November 18, 2002, the complainants filed a withdrawal with the
Commission, which stated that the parties had reached the terms of settlement
of this complaint. Therefore, the
November 20, 2002 hearing was cancelled.
The following
order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record
concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
