The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on February 24, 2003, at which time the complainants and respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. During the course of the hearing, the complainants withdrew their complaint, when they were satisfied with the records received in response to the request at issue herein.
The following order by the
Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the
above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed.
2. The Commission commends
all parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
