The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on September 15, 2003, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared. At the hearing in this matter, the complainant withdrew his complaint when the respondent provided him with requested records.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
2. The Commission commends the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this case.
