The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 21, 2005, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and presented initial argument on the complaint. Based upon this argument, the hearing was continued until May 10, 2005.
By letter received by the Commission on May 4, 2005, the complainant withdrew his complaint in this contested case.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
