The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on August 16, 2005 at 9:30 A.M., at which time the respondent appeared, but the complainants did not appear to prosecute the case. This matter was then continued to September 20, 2005 at 11:00 A.M., at which time the respondent again appeared, but the complainants again did not appear to prosecute the case.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
2. The complainants are admonished for their failure to appear at the hearings in this matter, which failure resulted in a waste of scarce state and municipal resources.
