FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT

 

The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on May 25, 2007.  At the commencement of the hearing, the complainants and respondent reached a stipulated agreement in settlement of the complaint.  The parties stipulated that:

 

1.  The respondent will provide the complainants with “electronic copies of all e-mails sent to and sent by Patrick Crowley and James Maisto from 7/1/05 to present,” redacting all information that constitutes individual tax payer information;

 

2.  The complainants agree to withdraw the complaint in this matter.

 

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  Based on the agreement of the parties in this matter, and the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.

 

2.  The Commission commends the parties on having reached a non-litigated settlement in this matter.
