FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on May 31, 2007, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared.  For purposes of hearing, the above-captioned case was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2007-003; Bradshaw Smith v. Milo Peck, Jr., member, Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools; and Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools.

At the hearing on this matter, however, the complainant indicated that he wished to withdraw his complaint in Docket #FIC 2007-002, as captioned above.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.      The complaint is hereby dismissed.
