            The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 15, 2008 at 9:30 A.M., at which time the respondents appeared, but the complainant did not appear to prosecute the case.  For purposes of hearing, the above-captioned matter was consolidated with docket #FIC 2008-191, Bradshaw Smith v. Adam Gutcheon, and Milo W. Peck, Jr., as members, Long Range Planning Committee, Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools; and Long Range Planning Committee, Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools; and #FIC 2008-192, Bradshaw Smith v. Milo W. Peck, Jr. as Chairman, Magnet School Taskforce, Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools; and Magnet School Task Force, Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
