FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 7, 2010, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  For purposes of hearing, the matter was consolidated with the Docket #FIC 2010-151; Bill Effros v. Donald Mohr, Supervisor, Parks and Recreation Department, Town of Greenwich; and Town of Greenwich.

 

On October 22, 2010, the complainant filed a withdrawal of the complaint with the Commission.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

1.  The complaint is dismissed.
