The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on July 19, 2010, and September 17, 2010, at which times the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. For purposes of hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2010-332, Ellen Murray v. Director, Human Resources, Town of Stratford; and Town of Stratford.
During the September 17, 2010 hearing in this matter, the parties requested a recess for the purpose of attempting to work out a settlement of the complaint. Such request was granted by the hearing officer, and thereafter the hearing was continued. By letter dated November 16, 2010, the complainant stated that she wished to withdraw her complaint in Docket #FIC 2010-095. The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
