The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on December 22, 2010, at which time the complainants, the respondents, and the interveners Steven Hayes and Joshua Komisarjevsky appeared through counsel.
Shortly after the outset of the hearing, the parties requested a recess, which request was granted. When the hearing was reconvened, the complainants withdrew the complaint in this matter.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
2. The parties are commended on reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
