            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on May 24, 1990, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  The case was consolidated for hearing with Docket #FIC 90-47, Michael F. Rizzuti v. Mary Lou Sharon, Chairperson, Dorothy Mason, Vice Chairperson and Maria Ostrander, Treasurer of Naugatuck Housing Authority.  The hearing was continued to another date.  Thereafter, the complainant withdrew his complaint.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.         The complaint is hereby dismissed.
