            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on October 18, 1993, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared and the complainants requested a continuance of the matter, which was granted until December 1, 1993.  The hearing on this matter was then opened on December 1, 1993, at which time the hearing officer was notified that the complainants withdrew their complaint.

 

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.         The complaint is dismissed.
