The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 7, 1994, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared to present their cases This matter was consolidated for hearing with contested case docket #FIC 94-301; Christopher B. Burnham v. State Treasurer, State of Connecticut, Office of the Treasurer. At the hearing into this matter, the parties reached an independent resolution of the case.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
