The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on January 31, 1997, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts, and presented testimony and argument on the complaint. During a recess of the January 31, 1997 hearing, the complainant and the respondents reached the general terms of an agreement in resolution of this contested case. On February 14, 1997, the complainant informed the Commission that he wished to withdraw his complaint.
The Commission warmly commends both the complainant and the respondents for working successfully to negotiate a non-litigated settlement of their earlier differences.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
