Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of November 13, 2008

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on November 13, 2008 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2008-236; Preston D. Shultz and the Citizens for Prudent Spending v. Board of Education, Woodstock Public Schools

 

                                                                       

              Preston D. Schultz appeared on his own behalf.  Attorney Anne Littlefield appeared on behalf of the respondent.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:04 a.m., with Hearing Officer Mary E. Schwind presiding.
