Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of December 9, 2008

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on December 9, 2008 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2008-384; Eileen Cicchese v. Director, Parks and Recreation Department, Town of Montville; and Parks and Recreation Department, Town of Montville

                                                                        

              Neither the complainant nor the respondents appeared.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.
