Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of December 9, 2008

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on December 9, 2008 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2008-408; Gerald L.  Fanfarelli v. Board of Fire Commissioners, City of New Haven; and Policemen and Firemen's Retirement Fund Board, City of New Haven

 

                                                                       

              Attorneys Elizabeth Cerrillo and Scott Lewis appeared on behalf of the complainant.   Attorney Kathleen M. Foster appeared on behalf of the respondent, Board of Fire Commissioners, City of New Haven.   Attorney Carolyn Kone appeared on behalf of the respondent, Policemen and Firemen’s Retirement Fund Board, City of New Haven.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:30 a.m., with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
