Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 29, 2008

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 29, 2008 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

 

Docket #FIC 2008-417; D. James Sutton and Ruth H. Sutton v. Commissioner, State of Connecticut, Department of Insurance; and State of Connecticut,  Department of Insurance

 

               D. James Sutton appeared on his own behalf.  Assistant Attorney General Heather Wilson appeared on behalf of the respondents.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:19 a.m., with Hearing Officer Tracie C. Brown presiding. 

 

The hearing adjourned at 1:54 p.m.
