Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of November 13, 2008

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on November 13, 2008 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

              Attorney Courtney George appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Attorney Melanie Howlett appeared on behalf of the respondents.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:15 p.m., with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
