Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of March 4, 2009

              Robin Elliott appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.   Assistant Attorney General Henri Alexandre appeared on behalf of the respondents.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:52 a.m., with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
