Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of May 4, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on May 4, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2008-750; Michael Jacobs v. Legal Division, State of Connecticut, Department of Revenue Services; and State of Connecticut, Department of Revenue Services

 

              Luis Fernandez appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.   Attorney Frederick Clark appeared on behalf of the respondents.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:00 p.m., with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
