Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of February 24, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on February 24, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2008-757; Johnnie J. Jasinski, III v. Chief, Police Department, City of Stratford; and Police Department, City of Stratford

                                                                

              Attorney Ryan K. Morse appeared on behalf of the complainant.   Attorney Bryan L. LeClerc appeared on behalf of the respondents.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:05 p.m., with Hearing Officer Kathleen K. Ross presiding.
