Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 21, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 21, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

Natalie Pukas, Superintendent of Schools, North Stonington Public Schools; Darren Robert, Chairman, Board of Education, North Stonington Public Schools; David McCord, Vice Chairman, Board of Education, North Stonington Public Schools; William Briscoe, Eleanor Banker, Cres Secchiaroli, Mary Ann Ricker, and John Keane, as members, Board of Education, North Stonington Public Schools; and Board of Education, NorthStonington Public Schools

 

 

              Robert Testa appeared on his own behalf.  Attorney Anne H. Littlefield appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:04 p.m., with Hearing Officer Mary E. Schwind presiding.
